Situated on the N. boundary of the parish, at about 3 miles N.E. of Longford Town. Contains 463 acres.
There is a great portion of bog on the N.E. extremity of this td. Near a road, west of the centre, is the residence of Captain bond with a good deal of plantation and ornamental ground. One of the chimneys of this house is fixed as a Trigl. Point, the ground at which is 255 feet above low water mark.
