How do I Join?
Any person, adult or child, living in the County can come along to the Library, fill in an application form and become a member. Please bring along some form of identification with you. There is a nominal €2.50 annual membership charge for adults and no charge for children and students. Library membership entitles you to use any or all of our branches and services. You can also download your application form below, fill it up and bring it with you to the library.

Borrowing:
Adults may borrow a total of six items per visit and children may borrow four items for a period of 3 weeks.
Renewals:
If you are unable to return your books within the 3 week period, you can telephone the library and renew them, provided nobody else has reserved them. You can also renew books either in our branches using our Interactive Public Access Catalogue (I.P.A.C) or from home.
