Longford Recipes Online
This is an intergenerational project between the younger and older generations launched during Bealtaine, of traditional recipes handed down to children by elder family members, friends and neighbours.
To date approx 25 recipes are available on our website. However from September the website hopes to have a comprehensive and complete collection of recipes with the involvement of the ICA and local schools in the project.
