Roads from St. Johnstown to Scrabby and Granard run from the village of Bunlahy, which is in this td. It contains 177a. 2r. 23p.
Mainly arable and grass land, and contains a small portion of bog in the Northern extremity. Bunlahy Village is in the middle of the td., and there is a school house on the road to Granard. A few houses, called Barnarinnia, are clustered together in the N. end. There are a fort & several limestone quarries.
