Áirc Damhsa Culture Club teach children many different styles of Irish dance, music and traditions. Children also grow their confidence, fitness, knowledge and social skills, while making memories and friendships that last a lifetime.

Ballinalee Players is an amateur drama group based in the picturesque and historic village of Ballinalee, Longford.

Edgeworth Society

In the1960s, The Edgeworth Society was formed with the aim to researched, protect, conserve and promote the legacy of the Edgeworth family. The group developed the Maria Edgeworth Centre to display their assembled a collection of valuable Edgeworth memorabilia, sharing this history with a wider audience. The Society run several events throughout the year including The Maria Edgeworth Literary Festival, guided walks and talks.
