Situated in the S.W. of the parish and about 3 miles S.W. of Newtownforbes, on the road from the above mentioned town to Tarmonbarry. Contains 379 acres.
The road from Newtownforbes to Tarmonbarry crosses the road from Tarmonbarry to Longford N.E. of the centre, which roads divide the td. into 4 unequal parts. The east, west and north divisions contain portions of bog; the remainder is under cultivation, and is well inhabited.
